This project is environmental monitoring and inspection of Aliabad 1000 MW gas power plant in Golestan province, with 6 gas units. The major power plant components include power generation plants (gas turbine and generator), equipment and accessories for industrial and office buildings, residential complexes, power stations and transmission lines and energy recorded and distributed stations.

The purpose of this project is adding a unit of electric arc furnace steel to two existing furnaces to increase the production capacity of 200 tons to 360 per year. Cases that inspection team were committed to doing were:

Environmental Inspection of Kharg NGL plant : (Iranian Offshore Oil Company, 2009)
Kharg Island, a 35 square kilometer coral island, is situated at 57 kilometers in the North West of Bushehr Seaport and 28 kilometers from Genaveh Port. The oil production activities came into operation in this district upon exploration of oil in the Persian Gulf area by the ex-Iran Pan American Oil Company (IPAC) in 1959.The main objective in executing the project is collection, utilization, and export of associated Kharg & Bahregansar gasses and also separation of condensate. At present 600 MMSCFD is burnt in Kharg region. Amount of NOx and SOx production before execution of project would be 2270855 grams per seconds and 28777 g/s,respectively. The amount after carrying out the project in case of NOx is reduced to 4012 g/s with minimal Sox emissions.

Gas transmission pipeline in NNE is 1090 km and includes 3 main parts. The goal is supplying gas to eastern and northern parts of country.
Environmental Inspection of Arfa Iron and steel industry : (Arfa Iron & steel Company, 2009)
Arfa Iron and Steel's project comprises one iron-making plant and one steelmaking plant each with an annual capacity of 800,000 mt. The steel plant is Midrex direct reduced iron-making plant. The project is located at Ardakan city in the central province of Yazd, close to the Ardakan pelletizing plant.
Environmental Inspection of 7th national gas pipeline : (Iranian Gas Engineering & Development Company, 2008)
The seventh gas pipeline project is 902 km in length to be constructed over a period of 15 months. The commitments in the EIA report include prevention, monitoring and controlling programs.
Environmental Inspection of national 5th gas pipeline : (Iranian Gas Engineering & Development Company, 2008)
The length of 5th gas pipeline (Assaluyeh to Aghajari) is 504 km. The aim of the project is sour gas transmission from 6,7 and 8 South Pars gas phases to Aghajari in order to injection into oil wells. Periodic site visits and monitoring were done to monitor the environmental conditions during the construction.
Environmental Inspection of Karoon 4 Dam : (Iran Water & Power Resources Development Company, 2008)
The project will supply up to 100 MW electricity and will aid in flood control. It is 180 km southwest of shahr-e-kord in Chaharmahal Bakhtiari province. The height of the dam is 230 meters and the reservoir volume is around 2000 m3.
