Publication of Omran magazine is the direct result of activities which
began from the ends of 1368 by the accomplishment of the scientific survey
programs in the establishing college of the Sharif university of technology . Suggestion of the forming a student
magazine received attention by a group of students who were mostly studying
in one and three grade in the bachelor section . Finally , some month of endeavor of this group resulted
in publication of the first Sharif Omran magazine
. At the first year , the normal process of activities were reckoneding the first experiment of a student's motion
, and it had naturally a incipient organization that had mainly formed in
environs of the magazine . Available possibilities ,
as type , multiplication , art affairs and pagination , were incipient ; in
the manner that the most section of the first personnels
ability was spent for removeing deficiencies
which are incippient matters , from the view
point of publicationally . From the first of 1370 , the technical and art affairs improved by prepareing the persion's publicationally soft spices , and it got a new model . Latters ,
the expansion process and development of the magazines's
activities speeded up on the one hand by improvement physical possibilities
as computer and communication facilities and on the other hand by
increasing credit and the magazine personnel's experiment . During 1370 , by formation and development of the groups such
as the group of managment's studyings
, the group of special book and the group of deprived areas , the new
domains appeared in the magazine's activities that from the begining of 1371 , this activities in the model of a
group which called special designs became one of the main groups of the
magazine . These groups were formed on the basis of a higher need and
without direct relationship with the scientific bases of the magazine . And in during their life time
, a valuable theory and practical experiment prepared for the
magazine . Mode of distinction of these groups with other groups of the
magazine was position of their cultural in more expanded locality of
scientific establishing affairs . Latters ,
this moral appeared in the other section and activities of the magazine ,
and it became mover power of the latter moves . In the new period of
society lifetime , which is included creation
stage of the importance social and economical policyes
. The effective presence of young generation specially educated youth and
experts plays on important and unique role in the success for the country's
economical , social and cultural development plannings . that pay attention
to it , is responsibility which all of the country's cultural and
educational departments must undertake . Creation of abilities
proportionate to the society needs , in educated
youth is most important . that we can mainly reference to the ability of
effective and activity participateing in research
works multitudly acquintance
with the privations and problems of the society, owning creativity and
necessary innovation in order to assume the responsibility for management
of specialized affairs , in addition to learning connected specializations
. Likewise , propagation scientific moral and spreading coopration
between students and gradutes require to
formation proper organizations among university society until , in the maen while , to cause the out line of work and effort
in all of universities , also it prepared the the
necessary facililies between them inorder to exchangeing of expreiments and informations
. Sharif Omran magazine is a movement for the
sake of achievement of the scientific development and expanding ideal , and
promotion for students in throughout homeland , which it began its activity
in the shape of publication of a student scientific magazine by a group of
diligent students .
