Since introducing any change and any new technological horizon to our industry, usually results a resisting response among the personnel, we had to, first, train and familiarize the industry with the new technological concepts and their strength ness and weaknesses, and then, convince them to make an approach toward upgrading their level of technology.</p> <p align="justify" style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 10">Based on this, the goals of AMRC Training Section are: </p> <ol> <li> <p align="justify" style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 10">Preparing self study course notes and easy to understand reports about technologically advanced instruments, devices, and machines such as: various robotic systems, CNC machines, and high precision measurement systems. Some technical booklets have been prepared about Robotic Arc Welding and Spot welding systems, Vision Machine systems, CNC grinding, turning and milling machine centers, Coordinate Measurement Machines named as CMM, Laser Interferometer Systems. </p> </li> <li> <p align="justify" style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 10">Training the AMRC personnel for operating and programming these advanced systems. Many of AMRC's personnel have been trained to work with the previously mentioned machines.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify" style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 10">Preparing and presenting short courses about advanced manufacturing systems for industry. These courses are being prepared for various professional levels, from managers to engineers and even technicians. As an example I may mention courses on &quot;Industrial Robotics&quot;, and &quot;Industrial Applications of Vision Machine Systems&quot;.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify" style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 10">Introducing and financing graduation projects for university students in different disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, and Industrial Engineering.
